Read the component boundary
The selected Powder Blue tee is described as pure cotton, but its full composition is more specific: 100% cotton exclusive of trimmings, with knitted ribbing at 96% cotton and 4% elastane. Those are different component fields. A headline alone cannot establish that a neckband contains no elastane.
Compare the other two garments
The selected Blackberry hoodie has an 85% cotton, 15% polyester body and 95% cotton, 5% elastane ribbing. The Black Mix joggers also have an 85/15 body, while their pocket lining is listed as 100% cotton. Similar body percentages therefore do not make the whole garments identical.
Keep percentages with the component
Do not average those percentages into an overall garment composition: component masses are not supplied. Nor can a cotton percentage establish softness, warmth, breathability or suitability for a particular skin condition. No laboratory fibre analysis or wearer assessment was carried out here.
Ask a precise label question
If a specific fibre matters to your purchase, ask about the precise component and selected style rather than asking whether the whole range is cotton. Save the current full composition and compare it with the delivered sewn label. A changed label is a version issue to resolve with the seller, not a reason to overwrite the original observation.
Apply it to the selected purchase
For a fibre-specific query about the neckband, send the ribbing line rather than just the pure-cotton title. This avoids answering a component question with a whole-range slogan.
